Grab a t-shirt or jersey that fits you really well.
The Spartan features an athletic cut that allows for maximum ease of movement. Please choose your size by following the steps below.

Lay it down on a flat surface and using a tape measure, make the measurement as indicated in the diagram below.

Compare your measurements to the table below . If your measurement is between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
