Our company guarantees the Spartan pants to be free of manufacturing defects for 90 days after the date of purchase. This guarantee does not include minor wear and tear that does not affect the structural integrity of the pants. It also does not cover normal wear and tear that is expected to occur during the participation in a paintball game. In the case that our pants exhibit abnormal wear, we agree to replace or repair the item. The decision to replace or repair is at our discretion. The customer should be aware that due to the nature of the paintball game, paintball pants are susceptible to wear and tear over the course of time. Such normal wear and tear, as well as abuse of the product and use of it in non suitable playing surfaces, will not be considered a warranty related issue.
